American Quality Manufacturing has been in business over 20 years manufacturing toning tables and tanning beds in Central Florida. We are formally the "Sunal Tanning Bed company and own the rights to the name and design of this 25+ year old brand. We have been in the manufacturing business for over 20 years at the same location and are the last of the "old school" all welded solid steel tanning bed manufacturers.
We are the ONLY tanning bed manufacturer who still provides parts for tanning equipment which is over 20 years old! That's right, many of our competitors only offer parts for beds less than 5 years old! After that, you are on your own...not us. Warranty
We proudly offer the best tanning bed warranty in the industry today. Compare our FOUR LEVEL Guarantee with any of our competitors:
First, you receive our life-time warranty on the tanning bed frame, legs, canopy skin, bench skin, acrylic support strips, and front skirt support, or about 80% of the construction materials.
Secondly, there is a three year warranty on the internal electrical components. These items are the relays, sockets, ballasts, wire terminals (cage clamp design), etc inside the tanning bed.
Thirdly, we offer a one year pro-rated warranty on shocks & acrylics are among the few manufacturers who offer any type of warranty on tanning bed wearable items such as shocks and acrylics.
Finally, we offer a full, on-site Parts & Labor warranty for the first 90 days. If anything breaks in the first 90 days we pay for a technician to fix it at your shop!
We truly believe in our SOLID STEEL construction and the durability of design. These tanning beds will last at least 15 years in a moderately used salon environment, our competitors last 3 or 4 years and in some cases do not make replacement parts for beds older than 4 years old.
Quality
Our tanning beds are the only "welded frame beds" you can buy. Coupled with a 20 gauge steel skin for the canopy and bench, we have created the strongest tanning bed in the industry. Our competitor's beds are steel frames with large plastic skins bolted to the frames. How long do you believe plastic bolted to steel will last in a commercial environment?
The facts are certain, plastic beds last about 4-5 years and steel beds have a reasonable tanning salon lifetime of 12-15 years.

The first generation of indoor tanning beds our factory built were called "Perfect Tan" while the latest generation is called "Tropical Rayz"!
