This website was designed to offer by direct sale to the general public the Tropical Rayz tanning beds, which are proudly made in the USA!.  We feel we manufacture the most affordable, longest-lasting salon equipment available in the indoor tanning salon industry today.  Many manufacturers have gone out of business the past few years like Pure Tan, Sonnebraun, ESB and Sunliner, just to name a few, but we have been in business over 20 years in the same location. 

We are American Quality Manufacturing who has manufactured many popular names you may be familiar with, including:  Sunal, Tropical Rayz, South Beach, Perfect Tan, Royal Sun, ETS, SCA Wolff and many more.  All new tanning beds and stand up booths are manufactured on the premises in our  warehouse located at 310 Shearer Blvd, Cocoa, FL  32927. We also quote one round price which always includes everything you need and will never try to upcharge or add things on to your bill.  We believe in sending out positive energy to help our customers succeed.

We are sheet metal fabricators and prototype builders located in Central Florida who have manufactured tanning beds for over 20+ years.  We utilized our own sheet metal job shop in Brevard County to cut, bend, and weld this all-steel tanning equipment together.  We then utilize our state of the art powder coating job shop in Florida to paint the frames and shells inside and out for a life-time of protection.  Finally, we go to final wire assembly in our own factory and install discount replacement lamps from the manufacturer.  We also offer parts, repair, and service for all makes and models of equipment including Sunal, Sunquest, SCA Wolff, Sunliner, Montego Bay, Sonnebroune, Ultra Sun, Pro Sun, Pure Tan, SunStar, and StarPowers just to name a few.

We also build a luxury line of indoor tanning equipment called Royal Sun like the model pictured here.  These premium beds cost a bit more but have the flash to back it up. These beds are for the ultra-cool salons and can bed seen in detail at our main website located here:  www.royalsunusa.com .  You may integrate any of the Tropical Rayz models with the Royal Sun models to build the perfect new salon with something for everyone. 

A typical business model is to use the all-steel and very durable Tropical Rays series for the level 1 and 2 work horse beds and the Royal Sun premium line for the level 3 and 4 turbo class premium beds.  You then add the "wow" bed like the UVScan 360 and a Versa Spa type spray tan booth and you have the perfect new automated spa with something to offer everyone.
